Kickboxing with Team Hanson

Week number 4 is Practicing skills we did in week 3 which was knees and front kicks. 
Our new skills for this week will be the roundhouse kick taught by Jay Hanson who is the head coach at Team Hanson and his student Ibrahim who has learned all these skills over a number of years. 
This session finishes going through a fitness circuit including sit ups, wall sits and squats.
